Hello There!
Thanks for tuning in today.
For today's tool I am sharing with you the : EMBELLIE GELLIE.
Yes, that is its' real name. And, it is not a new tool but a useful one nonetheless.
This tool lends a helping hand particularly when you are trying to grab those small items that you want to adhere to your crafty creations.
Take a look:
Here's a video from the Taylored Expression Staff to give you more insight:
You can find it at the Taylored Expressions website HERE for $5.99.
I currently own a Quick Stick but this one appeals to me as well so I may just give this a try too.
Hope you enjoyed this week's "tiny tool".
Thanks for sharing,very interesting.

Embellie Gellie is like having a third hand-->I couldn't scrap without it. One thing that makes it so amazing is that it is strong enough to pick up and hold chunky charms but it releases even the tiniest embellie to the waiting glue instantly. (Some people have used bees wax or a glue dot but say they are too sticky to release easily and not strong enough to hold the heavier items.)Embellishments don't pop or bend like with tweezers and Embellie Gellie leaves no residue on gems or acrylic pieces. It is stable in all temperatures--so it doesn't stretch in the summer or get hard in the winter. It can be molded to a fine point so you can pick up tiny fingernail size gems and itsy bitsy confetti stars or left round for larger shapes. It can be used to place swarovski crystals into art clay silver because the wand leaves no impression. It is food safe so it can be used to decorate cakes and cookies, too. One little "pearl"can be used for months and months or longer--so one box probably contains a lifetime supply. If you have a system that works great for you, then you don't need it. But if not--then you'd probably find it irreplaceable.

Thanks for sharing this! I have a tool that does something similar but this one looks like it may be more efficient.
ReplyDeleteAnd thank you for following my blog! I followed you back. Lots of great crafts here. :)
I have the Quick Stick too, but it doesn't seem to release as easily as this does. Thanks for the info!! Love how she transfered the tiny rhinestones!! ~ Blessings, Tracey
