You have to see it to believe it-check it out:
The paper is grabbed by a little tab under the tool that cuts the paper. The front of the tool has a measuring guide that is very accurate. Just line your measurement up with the edge of the paper and push straight. You do not need a cutting mat. It's easy to handle and comes in 5 colors.
It was recently featured at the Winter CHA (Crafty & Hobby Association) Trade Show 2012 in California.
I was unable to find a video of them in action at the time of this posting or a price point but I imagine like everything else it will only be a matter of time before it gets out there.
